By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and legally agree to all store policies, terms, and conditions outlined.

Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or dispute after agreeing to these terms will be considered a deliberate violation of our policies and may constitute payment fraud.

In such cases, RichGirlHaven reserves the full right to:

• Permanently ban the customer from all future purchases
• Refuse any current or pending service
• Submit comprehensive evidence to the payment processor, including but not limited to order confirmations, tracking details, IP address data, billing/shipping information, store policies, and all communication records
• Escalate the matter further if deemed necessary to protect the business from financial loss

We actively defend all disputes and maintain detailed records to ensure full transparency and accountability in every transaction.
