Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At RichGirlHaven, all items are considered FINAL SALE due to the nature of pre-order and vendor-based products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy in full.
💳 Refund Policy
RichGirlHaven does not issue refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.
If an exception is approved at the discretion of the store, compensation will be issued strictly in the form of STORE CREDIT only.
Store credit:
- Cannot be transferred
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Has no cash value
- May only be used toward future purchases
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are only accepted under limited, case-by-case approval.
Please note:
- Approved exchanges are treated as pre-order items
- Processing time for exchanges is 15–25+ business days
- Approval is subject to product availability from our vendor
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, customers must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Return the complete original order
- Ensure items are in original condition
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Items must be free of smoke, perfume, pet odors, stains, or any strong scents
- Original packaging must be included
❌ Denied Exchange Conditions
Exchange requests will be denied if:
- Items show signs of wear or use
- Original packaging or components are missing
- Items are damaged, altered, stained, or have odors
If denied, items may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchange Shipping Costs
All costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including:
- Return shipping
- Shipping for replacement items
- Any additional applicable fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🚫 Order Cancellations
All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting all stated payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery timeframes before placing an order.
A change of mind, lack of patience with the pre-order process, dissatisfaction with stated processing or delivery timeframes, or a desire to receive items sooner does not qualify for order cancellation, refund, exchange, or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RichGirlHaven is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked-delivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
