All items sold by RichGirlHaven are PRE-ORDER items.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the pre-order terms outlined below.

⏳ Processing & Delivery Time

Please allow 15–25 business days for your order to be processed, fulfilled, packaged, shipped, and delivered after your order has been successfully confirmed.

Payment Processing may take 3–5 business days for clearance. This payment processing period is SEPARATE from and NOT included in the estimated 15–25 business day fulfillment and delivery timeframe.

Processing includes:

• Order confirmation
• Payment verification
• Fulfillment
• Quality inspections
• Packaging and shipment preparation

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Notice

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages and/or at different times depending on product availability, warehouse location, and fulfillment speed.

This means:

• Items within the same order may not arrive together
• One item may arrive before another
• Multiple tracking numbers may be provided when applicable

We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance if they are needed for a specific date, event, birthday, vacation, or special occasion.


Due to pre-order processing and standard delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates once an order has been placed.


All orders are processed according to the stated timeframes, and expedited processing or shipping is not available upon request after purchase.


Customers are encouraged to order early to avoid delays or disappointment.

⚠️ Delays

Delays may occur due to restocks, holidays, customs clearance, severe weather, high order volume, or carrier-related issues. These delays do not qualify for order cancellations or refunds.

📦 Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other third-party carriers depending on package size, destination, and carrier availability.

📧 Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your package has shipped and has been accepted by the carrier.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

RichGirlHaven is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee before they can be resent.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

RichGirlHaven is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

• Check with household members or neighbors
• Contact the shipping carrier directly

We may assist with carrier claims when applicable; however, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the packaging and the item.

At this time, RichGirlHaven only ships within the United States.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of pre-order items, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
