1. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase with RichGirlHaven, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies, including but not limited to:

  • Chargeback & Payment Disputes Policy
  • Before Ordering

All policies apply to every order placed without exception.

For invoices or any orders processed outside of the website checkout system, submission of payment constitutes full agreement to all Terms & Conditions outlined by RichGirlHaven.


2. Customer Conduct

RichGirlHaven maintains a standard of professionalism and respect in all customer interactions.

We expect all customers to communicate in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Harassment, abusive language, threats, excessive aggression, or any inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Refusal of service
  • Permanent or temporary restriction from future purchases


3. Policy Acknowledgment

Failure to review or acknowledge store policies does not exempt customers from compliance.
