Shipping & Delivery Policy

All items sold by RichGirlHaven are PRE-ORDER items.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the pre-order terms outlined below.


⏳ Processing & Delivery Time

Please allow 15-25 business days for your order to be processed, fulfilled, packaged, and delivered after your order is confirmed.

Processing includes:

  • Order confirmation
  • Fulfillment
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging preparation

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.


📦 Shipping & Delivery Notice

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages and/or at different times depending on item availability and fulfillment speed.

This means:

  • Items in the same order may not always arrive together
  • One item may arrive before another
  • Separate tracking numbers may be provided when applicable


⚠️ Delays

Delays may occur due to restocks, holidays, customs, weather conditions, high order volume, or carrier delays. These delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.


📦 Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other third-party carriers depending on destination and package size.


📧 Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your package has shipped and has been picked up by the carrier.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


🏠 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

RichGirlHaven is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

RichGirlHaven is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

We may assist with carrier claims when applicable, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.

At this time, RichGirlHaven only ships within the United States.

Due to the nature of pre-order items, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
